1. Malaysia hotel tax 10 MYR/person, payable at the front desk

Other terms:
1. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
2. The water park is closed every Tuesday (except public holidays and Malaysian school holidays). Rainy Day Guarantee does not apply to Pass of Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast. In the event of rain, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or revalidation allowed

4. Please book the round-trip shuttle bus between the hotel and the water park directly with the hotel front desk
5. Once the ticket is issued, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded
